I also offer expedition for a fee if you simply can’t wait (shipping might still apply) but you’ll get seen pronto!

Can I drop off my computer instead of booking an on-site visit?
Absolutely. I offer curbside drop-off at my home workshop, so you skip the on-site fee and still get professional service, without leaving the comfort of your car.

Do you repair both laptops and desktops?
Yep. Doesn’t matter if it’s an old clunker from 2010 or a brand new gaming rig with more RGB than a Christmas tree, I can handle it. I’ve worked on budget solutions and multi thousand dollar rigs for the beefy boi’s doing their gaming thing. Just let me know.

What’s an on-site visit cost me?
If you’re within 15 miles of me, have a on-site flat rate. Outside of that, I bill $2 per mile, one way, so not for round trip. I do bill by the half hour after the first, so keep that in mind if you have some huge undertaking but I do most things in less than an hour. I’m speedy like that.
