Computer troubleshooting
Slow performance, startup failures, crashes and software trouble can interrupt a working day. Tell me which tasks are affected and what changed recently, so the assessment starts with your business needs.
Printers, Wi-Fi & setup
Help with the printers, Wi-Fi connections and everyday devices you use together. An on-site visit can make sense when the issue depends on your location. The address, scope and cost are confirmed when booking.
Upgrades & replacements
Discuss storage, memory or a suitable replacement around your applications and budget. We’ll consider the current computer’s condition and compatibility before recommending an upgrade or a new machine.
Not quite I.T. On purpose.
This is individual service for small-business computers and everyday technology. It isn’t a managed IT contract, a help desk with round-the-clock coverage, or an enterprise network service. We’ll agree on a job I can properly support.
1. Explain the interruption
Tell me what you cannot do, which devices are involved and whether important files are backed up. Include the computer model and any error message if available.
2. Choose the right help
We’ll discuss remote support, a scheduled visit or workshop assessment. The scope and cost are agreed first, including any separate parts or file recovery work.
3. Understand the next step
I’ll explain the work performed and anything still needing attention. If replacement or another provider is the better route, we’ll discuss that before extending the job.

Can you come to my business?
Yes, by appointment in Polk County. On-site help is $120 within 15 road miles of Lake Wales or $150 farther out in Polk County, including the first hour; then $60 per half-hour.
Can you help without a visit?
Suitable software issues may be handled through remote computer support at $40 per half-hour. If hardware needs checking, we can arrange a workshop drop-off.
What about important business files?
Tell me which files matter before repairs begin. For a working PC, Microsoft explains backup options for Windows. If a computer will not start or an OS problem cannot be repaired, the $120 data recovery attempt may be needed before a reinstall. Recovery is notguaranteed and is agreed separately.
Can you take over all our IT?
This service is for agreed computer and everyday technology jobs. It is not a managed IT contract or a 24-hour help desk. Tell me what your business needs so we can establish whether the work fits.

If a visit becomes a workshop repair: the on-site and workshop charges are adjusted to reflect the work needed. You’ll agree on the revised cost before the computer is taken in.
