Keep a home office working
A printer, computer and router can each be working separately while the complete setup fails. Describe the task you cannot finish, not just the error message.
Repair before replacing
A slow or crashing desktop or laptop may need software work, a compatible upgrade or a different solution. I’ll explain the options and the likely cost first.
Get a file-retrieval plan
If important files are inaccessible or the computer will not start, stop repeated recovery attempts. Tell me about backups and the storage before trying another fix.
A visit—or a simpler option?
On-site help is $120 within 15 road miles of Lake Wales or $150 farther out in Polk County, including the first hour. Additional time is $60 per half-hour. I’ll confirm the address, travel and scope when booking. Parts and separate workshop work are extra.

Can I drop it off?
Yes—arrange a curbside drop-off at my Lake Wales workshop in advance. Workshop labor is $60 per hour. The $40 deposit is credited toward labor; parts are billed separately. It is not a walk-in retail shop.
Bring a laptop’s charger and tell me about any important files or recent changes. If files are missing or a drive makes unusual noises, stop using it and ask before trying more fixes.
Do I need to bring my whole Winter Haven setup to Lake Wales?
Not for every problem. Connection and printer issues may be better checked in place, and suitable software issues may be handled remotely at $40 per half-hour. If a workshop assessment is needed, I’ll explain what to bring and arrange the drop-off.
