Will every repair be completed on site?
Not always. Some issues may need deeper testing, parts or hardware repairs at the workshop. If that’s the case, we’ll discuss the next steps before anything is removed.
What should I have ready?

On-site visits and one-to-one on-site training: $120 within 15 miles of Lake Wales, or $150 beyond 15 miles within Polk County. Both include the first hour; additional time is $60 per half hour. Distance is measured one way by road. Share your address to confirm the visit price before booking. Pickup, return and reconnection are quoted separately.
If a visit becomes a workshop repair: the on-site and workshop charges are adjusted to reflect the work needed. You’ll agree on the revised cost before the computer is taken in.
